URGENT APPEAL TO THE FRIENDS OF THE CROATIAN AMERICAN CULTURAL CENTER

Through the dedicated efforts of its members, the club re-opened its doors in South Florida on April 6, 2013. Since that time, our member volunteers have continued to host cultural events, dinner/dances, card games, Tamburitza festivals and Consulate Days.  We have been recognized by Broward County Cultural Division for what has been achieved to date.  Our vision for the future is to continue hosting the events, offer additional cultural opportunities for all such as a junior tamburitza orchestra, kolo dance classes and to continue to reach out to the 14,000 Croatians and Croatian Americans living in Floridaas well as those from throughout the United States and Canada.

 

Due to the pandemic the center closed in March 2019 and did not reopen until sixteen months later.  This resulted in a tremendous financial strain as major equipment required replacement and now two air conditioners need replacement. We thank you for your past and future support, interest and participation and we would be most grateful if you would consider supporting the Croatian American Cultural Social Club with a monetary donation.
